Join Lindsay Monal to soak in stillness. Together we'll work to counteract the heating energy of summer through a soothing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra practice. This process will help cool the body, and slow the mind as we focus on postures to reduce inflammation, calm anxiety, and bring us closer to harmony. With the help of cooling essential oils you will learn practical techniques to balance the aggravated pitta dosha during the fiery summer season. After a guided meditation in savasana you will leave feeling refreshed and balanced. All are welcome, no yoga experience necessary.
