During the class you will get to work on an area of your life that you would like to have breakthrough in. Art Therapy targets those subconscious blocks and programs that are invisible to the physical eye. All necessary materials will be provided. Come open minded and think about what you would like to create as a result of the class. Bring a bottle of drinking water. Any clothes would work as long as you feel comfortable sitting in them on a floor.
