Connecting With Your Truth Clearing The Crown Chakra Workshop

Saturday, November 2nd 12-2PM

Honor Yoga

One of the most significant points of energy connection is at the top of the head, called the crown chakra. It is said this is our source of connection to our higher selves, our truth, and connection to all that is. When energy at the crown chakra is unblocked and flows freely we experience an expansion of awareness, unconditional love, more inner balance and wholeness despite what is happening around us. Out of balance, it can show up as obsessive thoughts of the past or the future, rigidity, selfishness, lack of joy and loss of meaning and purpose for one’s life. This workshop is designed to activate and balance the crown chakra to bring about a more peaceful state Reiki- a technique where the practitioner hovers hands (or light touch) over a student to transmit "universal energy", and Hypnotherapy-a form of guided meditation centered around a goal where the participant is guided into deep state of relaxation and in this state, able to suggest to their minds all of the positive things they desire. Join use for community and transformation!
